Four Exercises to Remove Fat from Your Face

Whenever we talk about someone’s first impression, the first thing that comes to our mind is their face because a face is the first thing that we notice in a person. Having a clear or flawless skin or great makeup is not enough, you also need to have a great jaw line and uplifted cheek bones. They make your entire face look very smart and beautiful. I don’t deny the fact that chubby girls are very cute but I am sure they won’t even like double chins. So, for those who want a fat-free face with their jaw lines in perfect shapes must be thinking how to lose face fat? Well, you can follow some simple exercises to do so.

Here is a list of exercises that will help you in losing fat from your face:

  1. Chin Lifts: Double chin is our face’s most stubborn fat and to get rid of it, chin lifts is the best exercise. This exercise uses almost all the facial muscles including neck, throat, and jaw. Chin lifts can be performed by you in either standing or sitting position. In this exercise, you need to tilt your head in a way that you are looking at the ceiling. Now, pout as if you are trying to touch the ceiling with your lips. Your lips should stretch. Do it for 10 seconds. Repeat it 10 times in a single go.
  1. Jaw Release: You can get attractive and smart jaw line and high cheekbones through this exercise. It works wonders for your face, especially for double chin. You can start off by standing or sitting. Move your jaws as if you are munching or chewing something. Make sure that you don’t open your lips. While doing this, continuously breathe in and out deeply. Do this for five seconds. Repeat it ten times in one go.
  2. Lips Pull: This one is a yoga workout for your face. This one cannot just take away fat from your face, but age as well. The key to get its benefits is to practice it regularly. Keep your head straight while standing or sitting. Push your lower jaw out as much as you can, while lifting the lower lips. You will feel the strain and stretch around the jaw line area which is a sign that you are doing it right. Repeat it 10 times and each time, the minimum duration should be 10 seconds.
  1. Smile: Smile more often. It does not just make you happy but also cuts down fat from your face. It’s the easiest and the best exercise that you can practice. A smile stretches the muscles of your cheeks which helps in burning face fat.
